How We Score Providers

Every provider on this site is evaluated against the same rubric. Scores are expressed on a 10-point scale and map to tiers: 9.7+ is Outstanding, 9.3–9.6 Excellent, 8.8–9.2 Very Good, 8.2–8.7 Good, and below 8.2 Fair.

Scoring criteria

• Pricing transparency (25%): the real all-in monthly cost — including membership fees, mandatory labs, consult fees and checkout add-ons — versus the advertised price.
• Provider access (25%): speed of physician review, availability of ongoing provider messaging, and depth of clinical oversight (labs, follow-ups, protocol adjustments).
• Speed & shipping (25%): time from intake to delivery, cold-chain handling where relevant, packaging discretion and included supplies.
• Product quality / range (25%): pharmacy sourcing (503A/503B), third-party verification where claimed, available dosage forms, and whether products are FDA-approved or compounded.

How we research

We verify pricing directly on provider websites and re-verify on a recurring schedule; each listicle shows its last-updated date. We weigh verified customer-review platforms (Trustpilot, BBB) for service-quality signals and note regulatory actions — such as FDA warning letters — where they exist.
